Day Mother&*%#ing 177!

Where have we been? Working our asses off is the answer. We just hit the zone and kept on going. The P90x experience 2 was completed and we didn't stop. Through the next 90 days we've modified things just a bit. Winnie and I have both had a bunch of nagging injuries that we've been working around. In particular due to bad ankles and knees Plyo has been relegated to the sidelines though I want to bring it back. That workout in particular is great for my volleyball and hockey.

Speaking of which, all this working out has done wonders for my other sports. I put up the most goals I ever have this summer on each of my two hockey teams. Not too shabby...

I'll have more up here soon on the latest with our pushups, pullups, spreadsheets, wrist violence, and so on.

Congrats on doing so well. It's obvious you have enjoyed it and it has helped you a lot.

Do you have a final review of the programme as a whole?

Have you thought of going on to do P90x+ ? The videos lack the energy of P90x, but the exercises do seem to go that extra mile. Might at least help break the monotomy of the original exercises.

One more thing, I would have thought if you want to increase weight, you have to eat above your maintenance calories. A friend of mine bulked up for a competition by eating 40 eggs a day. He got massive, and of course he gradually went down once he stopped but it shows how much diet will affect your size.
