Day 60 - Shoulders & Arms

Power Score: 2155 (previous best: 2042)

I actually did this workout yesterday and crushed it. On nearly every exercise I did either more reps or more weight than the last Shoulders & Arms day back in April. I upped my weight to 20 lbs on the 2nd time through Static Arm Curls and nailed it. Winnie is kicking ass too. She's passed me in a few exercises now (Chair Dips and Side-Tri-Rises). She's gunning for me in In & Out Bicep Curls next. Even if she catches me I can still beat her in pull-ups :)

ABCDE diet - bulking day 4 - 3215 calories

I think I'm finally adjusting to 3200 calories a day. I have a ton of energy now. In my volleyball game tonight I was a madman. And some of the local hills I ride regularly on my bike don't seem nearly as high.

I don't have the fat bloated feeling any more and find that I could even eat more than this if I allowed myself. I guess my stomach is stretching back to it's pre-P90x size. I still have no clue if this diet is a good idea or not.
