Day 60 - TWO THIRDS DONE!

Woohoo! Onto the home stretch. Today was arms and shoulders. My shoulder has still been bothering me (often times significantly) so I took it easy on the shoulder exercises. Well, not actually. I dropped the weight but did more reps to take some of the impact and stress of it. Bi's and tri's went well though - consistently more weight and reps than the last time I did this particular workout (which was during week 3).

So this morning I weighed myself and here are the results which puzzle and slightly trouble me. These were both done the same time of day (first thing in the morning with an empty bladder) and on both days I noted that I felt fine - not dehydrated or anything.

Day 0 : 153.0 lbs, 11.5% fat -> 17.6 lbs of Fat
Day 60: 145.6 lbs, 8.1% fat -> 11.8 lbs of Fat

That means that I've lost 5.8 lbs of Fat. Fantastic! Here's where I'm confused though. I've lost 7.4 lbs of weight total. So what are the other 1.6 lbs I lost? I've been working out a ton (plus other sports) which means I should be building muscle. I'm also taking creatine which, according to what I've read, means I should be retaining more water. So by both those points, I shouldn't be losing mystery weight but instead gaining it. So, please, if anyone reading this has a theory as to what the mystery 1.6 lbs I lost are and why I'm not gaining weight, please chime in. My best theory: perhaps there's so much error in these weight and fat measurements that simply looking at two data points won't tell us much.

it's in your balls... remember when you had one removed last week? Apparantly it weighed a lot.
